Ok, I gave it some thought already. So, Hawaii cannot be considered sidered an option since I did call the islands home for many years, I had to come up with something else. And seeing that I am inclined towards islands and the sea, it naturally had to be Bora Bora. When times were good I had the chance to indulge in one of my loved activities which was to travel. And travel we did so although I cannot claim to have traveled the world over, I have been to lots of places and seen many many panoramic picture perfect sceneries that shall remain etched in my memory for a lifetime.
So, when I had to think of a place for this ‘tagging’ thing that my sil got me involved in, I find myself going back to a place with crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches, far far away. Ok, ok, so yes, Redang is beautiful and people say Sipadan’s underwater is unrivalled but I had to pick Bora Bora because it has that added bonus of being exotic.
Seen from the air, Bora Bora has been compared to that of "a tiny emerald in a setting of turquoise, encircled by a sheltering necklace of sparkling pearls".Now, isn’t that just awesome..!
Ok, before I go on, let me share some facts and figures -
Official Name - Bora Bora, part of the Society Islands of French Polynesia, an overseas territory of France, originally claimed in 1843

Bora Bora itself is rather small, and can be circled by car in about an hour. The lagoon is 3 times the size of the land mass and offers an amazing range of hues of blue and turquoise as you navigate its crystal waters.
Ooh la la.....I am geting visions in my head already...! But sorry, tak sempat get more pix la..
To the southeast of the island is the Coral Garden, a natural underwater park where all types of fish and corals are found.Off the Point Matira there is an area where the huge and graceful manta rays congregate for your viewing pleasure. There are other types of ray such as the beautiful spotted ray and the friendly gray ray which love to be petted during the "ray feeding" excursions. At the entrance of the pass, the "White valley" teems with gray sharks and barracudas in a never ending ballet.
So, who's coming with me..??
